Medical condition, he hasn't said, but I know he's mentally handicapped but not to that degree. He's just fine pretty much when on meds though

So I'm carefully considering of asking this girl to homecoming when the time comes, but there's an issue. I have a friend that has aspergers, who has a sort of a obsession with the same girl, and it's very creepy. He talks about doing it with her and all sorts of weird stuff. I'm afraid of him sometimes, because today he pushed me into a locker because I had been talking with a friend who he had a falling out with. I was pretty scared, but I do realize he does stuff like this and all sorts of stuff because he doesn't really understand social stuff much and he doesn't know how to properly express his emotions. So yeah, what do i do, I've had a crush on this girl for years, but really have never talked to her either.

I do believe in good cops, not all are corrupt. What I meant by a rising power in blacks is that Obama wrote a book back in the 90's saying how whites were basically evil and we live in a white dominant country. The site was taken down a few hours later, what does that tell you?
