Pacnet is one of the users and he's a known idiot, by me at least.

He put to together a team to build a town for his city RP.  Everyone submits builds.  I go to the server and he made all his own stuff.

I think it would be cool if there was a item permit mod where you could set items as in permit 1-3 in prefs.   And give out permits to certain players.
