Games / When I play TF2 I lag like hell.

EDIT: I cant even go on a server, TF2 just goes unresponsive and I have to unplug my cabel to the pc and restart it :|

EDIT 2: My pc specs are Pentuim 4 2.40 GHz, 1 GB ram, ATi 2400 Pro
