Christianity is state-sanctioned in Norway, but not too much.
This.
Norway and England are the only countries in Europe where the church is still part of the government. Up until 1990-sometime, the church was leader of the "department of Church and Education" But they're losing their grip now. "Only" 79% of the population are member of the Church of Norway.

Do they teach Atheism or whatever someone would call me despite me rathering it be nameless?
I think that goes under philosohpy and ethics. If you mean stuff like: "Do to others as you wish they should do to you" and "Should I base my decisions on law (Kant) or possible consequenses of my actions? (Bentham and Mill)"
then yes.

mandatory religion?
burn the school to the ground and laminate the ashes  then use ashes as a toilet seat
Wait, Religion? The forget? Mandatory? You should loving protest.

Yup! It's a good mix between all the different religions, philosophy and ethics. But the religion-part was the most time-consuming. Not many years ago, the schools teached Christianity and religion, with christianity being about 50% of the course...

Britian wanted nothing to do with the war in this storyline, so they surrendered.
Not unlikely. Peace in our time. If Britain wouldn't have signed this, I'm not sure if Chamberlain would've declared war on Germany. He seemed to know that the german army was too powerful for Britain.

EDIT: lol, I found this searching: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFb_Ik_4jz0
I fell of the chair laughing xD

Actually, I didn't think of some of those. Mind if I add them to the story line?
Go ahead. But I'm a bit in doubt if Germany would be able to invade the US, even after a huge victory in Europe. The USSR wasn't able to do it (you could say they never tried, but still).
Germany would have to be very strong, with few casualities after the war. They would need to have good infrastructure and enough resources to build up a large army.
The US, on the other hand, would need to be passive during the whole war, so that when Germany invaded, they would be very surprised.

It would also help if Japan won the war in the pacific. If Japan captured China and Korea, they would certainly be strong allies for Germany.

Not sure for all high schools, but most you have a few normally around 3 or 4 you have to have each year, and a few you need to have within your four years, but other than that it is up to you. Like i was required a language class, a science, and a math, i got to choose my other, but since i knew i needed 1 physical education to graduate i took one for my freshman year.

So it's kinda like here.
1st year:
  • Norwegian 1
  • English
  • Social Science
  • Geography
  • Natural Science
  • Physical Education
  • French 1
  • Theoretical Mathematics

2nd year:
  • Norwegian 2
  • History 1
  • Physical Education
  • French 2
  • Advanced mathematics (Pre-calc) 1
  • Chemistry 1
  • Physics 1
  • "Professional" Sports 1

3rd (final) year:
  • Norwegian 3
  • History 2
  • Physical Education
  • Religion
  • Advanced mathematics (Pre-calc) 2
  • Chemistry 2
  • Physics 2
  • "Professional" Sports 2

Thats what I had. Bold classes were choosable, all other were mandatory.

The storyline seems plausible, given a few criterias:

- Pearl Harbour didn't happen. US didn't join the war.
- England doesn't get supplies, because german subs control the waters.
- Battle of Britain was succesfull for Germany, crushing the RAF (this could have happend, claim some, if Germany attacked earlier in the war.)
- Britain surrenders, letting Germany concentrate all their firepower on the east front.
- Germany doesn't fail at Stalingrad. Either by having a succesfull blitz in the summer, or by being more prepared for winter-battle and being able to support supply-lines.

You probably thought of all this, I'm just thinking loud :P
Looking forward to this, if it's done properly.

Can you choose all your classes in high school? I'm not familiar with the american educational system.
In Norway, you have to finish "Videregående" (Advanced) School before going to the uni. You can choose a couple of classes, but most are predefined, depending on which program you choose. (Pre-Uni, Drama, Artisan, Nursery etc.)

Obviously you gotta ask people to vote for you, either in RL or on some internet forum. That's not cheating, that's common sense.
