Help / Why do I keep crashing in V18?!?!?!

Ok this is what happens i just join a server and then after I load all the bricks I freeze SO BADLY THAT I WILL DIE it keeps not responding and Ive tried restarting my comp and it wont work and Ive also uninstalled and reinstalled blockland but it fails.

(P.S. I use windows vista)

Ummmm I sent it from California, USA (not revealing city or adress) and it is a normal letter. How long will it take??!?
