RPGs are perfectly reliable as long as the warhead collides with something solid, like a tank or concrete. They are not anti-personnel weapons, they aren't meant to be shot at people. People are soft and mushy.
Nobody knows about the anti-personel rockets, they don't appear in movies and aren't used much because they're just oversized, self-propelled hand grenades. They're basically redundant because the extra range generally isn't a bonus over hand-grenades or launched grenades.

The PG-7VL rocket is a HEAT (High-explosive Anti-Tank) rocket with a shaped charge in the nose, it's basically a copper cone with explosive behind it to direct and concentrate the blast into a relatively small area of the armor, which would do more damage than an undirected explosion. You see these whenever you see an RPG-7, basically.

The OG-7VL rocket is a big pencil-shaped fragmentation rocket (I imagine those grooves allow the case to fragment easily), it's just a big self-propelled frag grenade.

(Glorious information from stalker.wikia.com)

P.s: hitting a target with an RPG(-7)'s rocket is difficult beyond 300m because they're 'dumb' warheads without any tracking, in the Afghanistan war, folk with RPG-7s would engage targets at under 100m, as it was much easier to ensure a hit. The newest issue RPG models in Russia have IR/Laser tracking, which rules out "the closer the better" as a strategy.

Sounds like a general hardware failure, if there's no sign of a component having failed, get a multimeter/voltmeter and check connections. It's tedious but pretty much all consoles are mass-produced in China, and Chinese manufacturing companies are filthy and try to save as much money as possible. The problem in this case is that the console runs a hardware check before turning on, and the check is failing, it's likely due to a hairline fracture on a soldering joint, this is the case with most current-generation consoles because they're made with lead-free solder, which is more prone to invisible hairline fractures after repeated heating/cooling, which happens often inside the case of a high-performance console. If you're handy with a soldering iron and a multimeter, you could spend a few hours checking the connections to the chips and other components.

If it's not a problem there, then it might be a failure of a copper track on one of the circuit boards, in which case you could technically solder a bridging wire over the failed area to fix the machine. I must urge you not to mess with the motherboard if you don't know what you're doing though, you could forget things up further.

You could just send it back if you don't fancy spending hours checking every tiny connection though, as long as you haven't opened it up or used any form of jailbreak, it should be covered by warranty.

Seriously, I don't know why people keep the default cases for their consoles, mounting a couple more fans and heat sinks can prolong console life quite a bit if you can keep everything cool enough.

I fear Power Loss After Take-Off, no matter how much you practice them, when the engine itself stalls, rather than the lift surfaces stalling, you die inside.

You didn't read the topic, did you? 80-90% of the topics I click turn out to be like this. It's loving annoying that I'm finding it rare to click a topic without being forced to load a video to understand it. Off Topic shouldn't be Youtube-Link-Spam central, it should be Off Topic whateverosity.
This is a forum full of children, it should be obvious that the majority of threads are going to be stuff, it's why I rarely visit, let alone post beyond the occasional snarky comment, SCIENCE! related wall of text or picture with AK's on. I read the thread, and seriously, just deal with it.

Like Source SDK hammer?
No, an earlier, less resource-intensive (and with less attitude/bugs) version of hammer/worldcraft (3.0 I think). Because the machine I'm using is boned, hammer can't access the registry or something, and can't save the settings, and won't export properly. You *can* use the newer versions of Hammer, such as that featuring in the source SDK, but they're really not designed with non-source games in mind.

I think we've all seen enough AK edits you know.
Try something else.
Do something original.
ALRIGHT THEN.

Didn't think I'd be showing this to anyone because hammer is a malfunctioning piece of stuff on this machine. But yes, more Stalker-esque buildings.

Cool story bro, why not just close the tab and forget about it, rather than have a paddy over it? Really, it's only a few seconds, deal with it.

Generally Brutalist architecture is associated with the awful blocks of flats erected as cheap housing. Having spent a lot of time in south-eastern london with my ex-girlfriend, I've come to dislike the entire style, I can't really escape the vision of the run-down shells of buildings that pepper the Bromley area.

It's another one of those attempts to make something out of concrete that didn't look like a box, and instead it turned out as one of those 60's/70's architectual monstrosities.
