The guy was standing in front of Wal Mart where I was going to get printer paper, I bought paper and came out and he offered to sell me gif paper so i said ok... he said that it will print videos and gifs up to 2 gb so i bought it for 22$ it had neat packaging and stuff and i think this is just overhead plastic that teachers use now
