Iunno, I personally feel like there's a ton of underground mods. Basically users in our community who aren't labelled or anything, but they have power. :o

I don't see why rotondo is admin, isn't he rarely active at all?

Not only is he a close friend of Baddys, he's helped with quite a few of the key features in the game, plus, he works for Garage Games, lol.
