Are you talking about that edited pic of Badspot? If so, I didn't make that, nor do I have any idea who did, I remember saving it to my Photobucket back in like late 2008 to mid 2009. Before I had an account on the forums and was just lurking around.

You're going to need to submit something a little more impressive than that. I can make that with 1 click on Photoshop. There are brushes that look like that. I personally veto this app completely. No other voting will be done on it.

Also; I would change the clan tag from THC to Hax or something... Seeing as how THC is the active ingredient in marijuana... I dunno if I was the only one who thought of that when they saw it or not but, just something I would think about doing if I were you

The fact that you are running a clan that has changed the name 3 times already because the leader refuses to do his research on previous clans just shows your ignorance for other members. You may aswell make it Mothers of the Eel next or Utopian Society Service Cleaners or Bimbos on the Beach next.

Regardless of if its closed or not, it was a clan none the less and the acronym was taken. That'd be like opening a clan with the USSR tags, or the MotE tags, or BotB, NWB, etc etc. All the elite clans that were around (yes, I'm saying NWB because Randomguy plays too much tf2 and does nothing with the clan :D). Those acronyms have been taken, and, I really don't want to see an old clan that was quite elite, have their legacy be shot down, especially considering the clan will be back up once Ministry stops being British and lazy.

Haha, well, I updated the 1st post with new guidelines. 3 members to accept, or 2 leaders, and 3 members to veto, or 1 leader to scrap it. And, I have a feeling that he will win out hearts over c: I've seen his talent in the long time that I've been creeping around on these forums.
