Also forgot to ask but is that thing on the left a conky thing? or does that come with #!?
It's an edited version of #!'s default config, yes. The config isn't completely mine though; I stole it from the #! forums, haha.

I've done this, it's a fantastic source of power. If you get 3 or 4 pumps in the nether you will have a hard time running out of energy.
As I've seen. Having a bit of trouble getting the ender pearls for the chests, though, and the mod pack I'm using (New World) doesn't come with EE, so I'm out of luck there.

...Then again, I could just install EE.

Well you have to go into caves to get materials to get the machines at least once. And I still do. I and many other players only "automatically mine" in terms of quarries and tunneling, and not cave exploring.

Either way though, I still hate having to go into caves. Depending on how deep down you go, it's incredibly dangerous and unnecessarily creepy, what with all of the various "cave sounds" that happen to play.

I find more fun in seeing how far I can go in terms of automation and efficiency. Sitting around and waiting for diamond generators to make your resources is obviously going to be boring as stuff; the fun is making your diamond generators faster, more energy-efficient and perhaps make more than just diamonds.

An interesting system I'd like to implement is pumping in lava from the nether into the overworld through the means of ender chests and dimensional anchors to power magmatic engines.

my friend and his bro are obsessed with minecraft

they hollowed out a four-chunk space down to bedrock and turned it into a mob grinder
I usually branch mine, but I wonder how strip mining would turn out. I'd dig up a 5x5 area down to bedrock then dig around down there.

eeeee #! is so pretty

(if that's what it is)
It is indeed #!.

Of course, it doesn't look like this by default; normally the taskbar is divided into two, to represent each workspace, and is colored a translucent black, a slightly lighter gray to represent the active workspace, and an even lighter gray to represent the active window.

In other words,

But yeah, the default settings look pretty damn good too.

Also, before anyone asks, to get terminal fortunes, add this to your ~/.bashrc:
Code: [Select]

Wait, I found this set of terminal commands on askubuntu:
Code: [Select]
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:upubuntu-com/openoffice
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install apache-openoffice

Run them and you should be good.

There's a difference between "just expressing your beliefs" and being a richard.

EDIT: I'll take up your bet. Go have a long relationship with a real woman, and I can guarantee you that you wont be such a furry anymore.
This is pretty stupid to say though, because there are plenty of furries who are in "long relationships", and even gay relationships count here, as love is love.

You might be able to find it in the Ubuntu Software Center, or on OpenOffice's website.
