Metric, except for when using temperatures for weather. It makes more sense to use a scale where 0 is really cold and 100 is really hot outside, as opposed to using Celsius for that.

They're not offered because they have to be compiled, whereas the ones they offer are interpreted. So don't count on those being added anytime soon

There are still web compilers for lower level languages, though.

I disliked Atom because I couldn't figure out how to make a simple build system, in Sublime I can just ctrl+b and it's going to use a custom build file and run my game quickly.

There's a package for that. The whole point of Atom is for you to pick and choose what packages you need, rather than having every functionality clusterforgeted into the entire thing. Of course, this is both a good and a bad thing for a lot of reasons, but it does depend on your perspective.
