G. Cat's script also makes it drop after fire, so...

The Enderman is real.... It's just actually called The Prepper! Look in the add-ons foilder, the brick_halloween,
theres a Prepper.PNG, and by looking at the server.cs, it is an actual self-spawning emmiter made by badspot
to 2011 Halloween to scare the forget out of people. It lasts 10 seconds then reappears at a random place.
It uses the recolored version of the default "ascii-terror" face.

The M16 is Midway Sentential's and the pistol (whatever it's called) is from some stuffty pack thing on RTB that comes with some assault rifle and that pistol. I didn't see any other guns because I stopped watching.

Uhm, I bet you got the damn server problem with V20, that when hosting takes you back
to the title.

I mean on fire in subscrables 1 from "heat", and when you stop firing, it will slowy charge up?
