I remember getting something like this. For me it said that the game was being run strait from a DVD-ROM. That's just me but, do you have a lot of Add-Ons enabled in RTB?

Download the songs you want. They are generally in packs as .ogg files. Extract the files that you want to your Blockland v19 > Add-Ons > Music. Launch the game and then select the songs you want in the music tab. As you would if you were enabling add-ons.
