VRAM does not effect FPS unless your running a larger resolution than something like 1920x1080 or 1920x1200. People who believe that the more vram you have the more fps you get are handicapped.

The one's he picked are Intel based systems. So of course the AMD based system is cheaper. For solely gaming AMD is fine.
