I love the definition of the detail put into the exterior of the house. Builds that aim for architecture that need to be specific in order to have the impression of these kinds of houses be just right takes a lot of effort.
Everything I see in the pictures provided gives off no bad impression. You are doing a very good job on the overall structure and concept of the house. Although, the windows in the last picture are kind of off. Not aligned.

Out of all of the Oceanco applications I have seen in the gallery, this one has really caught my eye.
I love the creativity put in this ship. The scale of the ship is just right, and every space of the interior (and the space of the front deck) is used responsibly. In other words, there's nothing dull about this build.

I love the amount of articulation put into the exterior of the boat. Especially the focus on all of the radar components above the deck.
This looks like the kind of yacht I'd see here in Vancouver.

Have you read the rules and storyline? :I have had brief gameplay on this server, and I am well aware of the storyline, rules, and multiple characters that are present inside of the chapters as of now.
What roleplay experience do you have :Previous administrator on Kniaz's Bluzone server, as well as being registered as a member in his roleplaying group. I have also previously hosted my own roleplaying servers that all have varying stories and plots. I'm quite adaptive to what kind of game I'll be playing along with.

Character Name:Kohen Lynch
Characters age:35
Characters biography (make this 2-3 paragraphs):
Kohen Lynch is no one local to Riverside, or even Alaska. He doesn't look like the kind of person who would be a citizen to the state.
Kohen is infact a Canadian citizen, who had travelled from the neighboring provinces of British Columbia and the Yukon Territory before the incident in Riverside began. He had believed to have been accompanied by a dozen other travelers as well. Their information or where-abouts have not been familiar with the locals of Riverside.
The rumors to Kohen's intention to even being in Riverside can only be answered by the people he travelled with. He can be considered more of a STALKER than a person actually trying to survive as a local in Riverside, hense he doesn't really have much of a history of even knowing about the town, or the state of Alaska itself to be infact.
Kohen doesn't seem to show any aggression to the people who encounter him, but doesn't seem to be much of an open book towards anyone either.
What faction do you hope to join?Bandits.

When I look at the pictures of this build I don't see anything dull or boring in the amount of detail put into this.
I honestly think the grey-scale colors go well with this build, it doesn't need to be splashed in different colors of paint.
