Off Topic / Boomerangdog is dead.

This is Boomerangdog's father informing his favorite game that he has fallen sick to pneumonia, and will no longer be playing blockland due to his death. Usually people would get cured to this, but our family never knew about his pneumonia, because he was sick with tuberculosis at the same time. Whenever he started breathing fast and feeling tired very often, we knew. It was too late, because the doctor said he has had pneumonia for about 2 weeks.

His dedicated service will continue to be paid and is being passed onto his brother because he has started playing Blockland again. His ID is also being passed on to his brother.

I will continue to post on this topic to answer any questions for about 1 - 2 days, then I will leave it to continue to not be touched.

Off Topic / Just got diagnosed with pneumonia

This is just loving great. After going through tuberculosis, I now have pneumonia.

I've had it for about a month and I've never known it. It wasn't as bad as first, but about 1 week in, I started feeling dizzy and loosing consciousness often. I am now at home with a fever for about 1 week now. Sometimes whenever I breathe in, I get sharp chest pains. Coughing and stuff is painful too.

I would love to see this made, playing blockland on a big flatscreen TV with a controller.

Not on the console, but playing blockland with a controller from a console is basically what I am asking for.

Drama / McLego; abusing eval for no reason.

After he does this, I point that he is being an abusive admin, and then I find I am banned;



This is an assholish noob.
He has been quite a complainer on my servers lately, demands things that other people got, and just being an annoyance, so than he magically gets angry with me for not giving him stuff he never deserved, so he abuses eval, bans me for a stupid reason, and now has a drama on him.

Off Topic / Transparency Problem

Every time I try to make the background on a picture transparent, it always appears black on the forums, the background that is. I am using Paint.NET. I use the magic wand and I just delete the background. and save it as a .gif. I have also tried saving it as .png, .jpeg, .jpg, and .bmp. It is all the same thing. Please help?

Off Topic / Terrible Chest Pains

Okay so I am getting these terrible chest pains. The "I want to kill myself chest pains."

It first occurred when I was sitting in science class and I told the teacher my chest hurt and my face was all pale so she sent me down to the nurse's office. I laid on one of those bed things for like half an hour with an oxygen tank thingy stuck up my nose. When my dad came, the pains appeared to go away, but I still went home.

They didn't happen for like 2 weeks until I was sleeping over my friends house and we stayed up until like 5 AM and then I woke up at 7 AM, play on his computer while he was sleeping, because I couldn't get back to sleep, and then I start feeling these horrible chest pains again. My friend's mom was up making breakfast for my friend's grandpa, and I started making moaning sounds so she rushed upstairs and called my dad, so he came and rushed me away to the hospital. Waiting in the hospital with these pain for 1 hour is unbearable, including the 20 minute drive. So once they go away, the doctor comes in and says it is something called the Xiphoid Process, which is growing pains that occur between 15 - 29... I was seriously stumped on this one because I never knew growing pains could be this painful. It literally felt like someone was moving around my organs from inside of me.

So now it has happened 1 more time at school again, but this time I only went home for 2 periods because I got the medicine to "fix it up," which is just ibuprofen or Advil.

Oh and also, I only got the oxygen tank in the nurse office because I could barely breathe, it didn't help with the pains at all.

Creativity / 4 1/2 Island Survival - Minecraft Survival Map

I am letting blockland players have freebie start on our new survival map, called 4 1/2 Island Survival. It will be posted on Minecraft forums sometime later today, and Cameron and I will be posting a preview video on Youtube, with voice-overs.

The further away the islands are from the main island, the more valuable the items are on it.

How to install

• Extract file
• Open up Run and type %appdata%
• Locate your .minecraft folder
• Place the file you extracted into the saves folder inside of .minecraft
• Run up Minecraft, and have fun!

Off Topic / starfish at my school.

So today, it was last period, about to get on the buses, waiting for the bell to ring. This one kid decides it would be funny if he steals one of the school's macs from the mac laptop cart. So, he picked one up, walking down the hall with it under his shoulder, taking a swag walk down the hall. (bell has just rang) Principal turns the corner, sees him with it, asks what he is doing. Unable to respond, the kid returns the laptop, and get escorted down to the office by school security...

This shows how dumb people are now days.

I do not know what has happened further. If I do find out, I guess I will edit the OP, or just post a reply.

Drama / Dionysus - Crashed my server.

My server just crashed, and I got this message from Dionysus over RTB.


Apparently, Dionysus crashed my server, because he wants his server to be popular or some stuff like that.
The only flaw I saw in this is that Dionysus is banned (he could have used an alt), and I don't truly think there was any way to crash my server...

Off Topic / Someone threw up in my math class

So today was just a normal school day. I was in 1st period, math, and a kid asked to go down to the nurse because they were not feeling well. The teacher said for the student to wait until the homework was distributed. So we continue math class, and all the class hears 2 minutes later, is just like a gurgling sound, then a girl screams "EW!" We all turn, and there is a pile of vomit, that smells like sour milk. The weird thing is though, the throw-up formed into sort of like a rectangular prism, because the kid had their head down when they threw up, so vomit was all over their face too. It was the color of those Rice Crispies Snack Bars... And the shape of it too. I thought they threw up a full rice crispies snack bar
I just wanted to share this odd experience with all of you... I hope you enjoyed it, now go eat breakfast/lunch/dinner.
