you should practice more

Gonna add onto what he said, also to be blunt

When you're doing commissions, you also need to bear in mind that you're only doing the drawing. Meaning that you're not doing much, if any, brainstorming or planning. Meaning that you have next to no idea about what your buyers will want. He could be asking for a gryphon, sure, but he could also ask for a wolf, dinosaur, human, robot, airplane, spaceship, coffee table, anything.

You have to be ready to draw anything known and unknown to mankind, so studying basically everything about drawing forms and figures is a must, from colour theory to how the shine on a pool ball differs to that of a metal plate to anatomy of feral horses. To be completely honest all I've seen you draw is gryphons and perhaps a wolf every now and then.

Of course, you can always impose limitations (many artists that I know who do commissions will refuse to draw buildings or robots simply because they don't feel up to par), but then again
The furry community is so saturated with artists
and they might look for others who have a more broad range of abilities.

Just my two cents.

One day I got off the bus on my way back home from my tennis class. It was raining and the class got canceled, so I pretty much just went straight home when I got there.

It was pouring quite hard.

Now there's this 20-30 degree street that I have to walk down to get from my drop-off point back to my apartment (we live on a hill, basically). The concrete was a sort of ridged, rough paving, supposedly to stop cars from slipping up when they drive up the street. I decided to run to stop myself from getting wet. I slipped.

I ended up with a gash on my right knee that hurt like a bitch, as well as scrapes to my other knee and palms of my hands. I fell at around 1/3 down the slope, so I had to walk the rest of the way, cross a street and walk back up the stairs to my apartment.

I really like your lighting ; n ;
Aww, I can show you how I do it

i've noticed quantums art is usually kind of sharp or boxxy, stiff kinda.
When I was younger the only thing I'd ever draw was cities from the air, so that led me to learn to make straight lines but not very good with curves.

what software do you recommend for a beginner with a tablet?
Photoshop CS6 is the one-and-only popular Adobe software, it's very versatile in its function.
Paint Tool SAI is also very popular as it is built and designed specifically for painting.
FireAlpaca is a free alternative which mostly attempts to mimic the characteristics of SAI.

There's no one software good for anything. You're gonna have to pick one and see how you do.

First of all, in order to be a "furry," do you need to be loveually aroused by the anthropomorphic images of animals? For example, I like tigers and I think humanized drawings of tigers are pretty cool, but I am in no way aroused by any of these images. I am usually disgusted by them if anything.

As I've said in a previous post:

Actually in case to prevent a stuffstorm or something else from happening again, put this at the first post

Key things to point out

- "Interested": Delve yourself in it.
- Nothing is said about loveual special interestes or fantasies
- Being bipedal isn't an issue, you just need a human trait applied, speaking, having human-level intelligence, even expressions count (a grey wolf's smile usually is a sign of aggression, applying a smile to a wolf to show happiness instead would be considered anthro-izing)

You can be furry without having a loveual attraction to them

There's a lot of aloveual members of the fandom so of course it's not a problem

Second question goes to the furries who ARE loveually attracted to furry drawings. Are you attracted to only humanized animals or animals in general? Would you rather have love with a real person or a furry if it existed?
In terms of what you've said here it's a special interest, and I don't think it means you're solely attracted to those who have that special interest only

Someone asked for a giant bioengineered dragonfly? No? okay

I challenge the furries. I challenge the OP to a game of HL2DM, Q3/OpenArena, or TF2. If I win, OP has to lock the topic for a day. If I lose, I can't post for a week. Bitch.
I don't know why but I am laughing really hard right now someone stop me please thanks
