Shark looks like a guy.
Short Japanese hairstyles are a pain to draw.

draw me something pls
why

just a question

why would a loving wolf need glasses

they already have spot on vision

Short and long sightedness is caused by the elongating or shortening of the eyeball, which then causes the focus point to shift in front or behind the retina, meaning a blurred image ends up being projected onto said retina. Glasses attempt to re-align the focus point to the retina. It is not related to the number of photoreceptors in your eye. An eagle can have short or long sightedness.

Plus, I don't think they're as vision-dependent as us humans, or
Maybe one of the 'human like qualities' they inherit is stuffty vision?

Working on a shark character, I've had her for a while but I never really did anything about her

I remember you said something about you wanting to compare us drawing M1911s or something? idk here's mine after you requested almost exactly two months ago

here take it whatever

As for your drawing I think you should establish some guidelines. Like you know how when you're writing on a blank sheet of paper and you're really into it and after 5 minutes you realize your words are drooping down towards the right side? Yeah, that can happen in drawing too. Sketch a quick grid with the side of your pencil or with a 2H if you're fancy, or some guideline indicating the top/bottom of important parts (in this case the top of the slide and bottom of the trigger, as well as the gradient of the grip)

In fact I think you should try out doing an undersketch first, you have potential with the details bit but you need to focus on the main bits first before working with the itty-gritty

you're doing the thing where you draw a line by making a tiny little ones

You need to learn to pivot at your shoulder when drawing longer lines

also don't be afraid of using a ruler, there's no problem with using a ruler (or if you're a computer artist, using shift-click or shift-hold to draw straight). It makes it look much cleaner and you can concentrate on getting the proportions and shapes right rather than trying to get this line to look right

Anyone who says you can't use a ruler/stabilization methods can go forget themselves, just hit them with that fine ass ruler you have there and be on your way

>flurries take over the world

they are coming

by "maturity" i mean able to accept that other people have different opinions and able to respect people
Yeah that's a really good idea! You seem respectable.

i also find that bronies shove their fandom in your face a lot more than other "fandoms"/communities. for example, furries.

for instance, do you always see at least one video in the "related videos" section on youtube about furries? nope.
Oh.

431
Furries are like all the other fandoms out there like those star trek and star wars fandom.Star trek, star wars, furries and all the other fandoms out there have the same catagory of people too, those who take the fandom too far, those who just like the fandom, and those who get perverted over the fandom.
no stuff

But with that said the rest of your argument kind of falls apart. We're the most obnoxious fandom? Really?
You know that like you just said we're just another fandom, and with ANY fandom there's always gonna be the really vocal, annoying bit. There's one for the Star Trek fandom, Star Wars fandom, Sherlock fandom, Dr. Who fandom, Homestuck fandom, MLP fandom, you name it. It's just that this fandom - the fur fandom - is ungodly large, and when a group of people who share the same interests or beliefs starts to grow large, the number of annoying and obnoxious people also increase.

But with that said, I will tell you in the same breath that this fandom's a bit more unique. In what way? Well, think about it: There's not a lot of other fandoms that aren't based around some sort of copyrighted material, published material or story/plot/movie/TV show/etc. This fandom is really tapping into a human trait of anthropomorphize, you can see this whole anthro thing in artwork from feudal Japan and middle-ages Europe, and this is just our modern take of it. There's no canonical or non-canonical elements of it, no shipping wars, no debate on which actor portrayed this character better or if the BBC drama really sucks. Fanart is almost always directed at someone else in the fandom and if there's a character who we have a love for, chances are it's always someone else's in the fandom. We're like fans of each other, really.

Oh well, we're still a fandom though, so bypass the idiots and move on.
