It's basically just "QuantumEagle building", though the third character is very much wrong due to brick limitations

No one has the right to complain about making signs in English anymore

dammit i need those AC's holy stuff is it hot here in cali

actually the reason why these kinds of buildings have so many of these ACs is because they are old: The average age of a building in Hong Kong is roughly 40-70 years, Hong Kong at that time did not have access to the technology known as large building-wide AC systems. With the introduction of the portable air conditioner many owners did not want to install an entire AC system so instead they just bought a whole lot of little ACs.

Plus this is a manufacturing building I guess so it's burning hot in there

also try to come up with a stuffty color scheme like they always do in hk. the current grey is too matching :(

do like some peach color lol

When I add other buildings I might fillcan the entire thing

hey hey another HK bro :D
PokFuLam is where it's at bro

(side note: It isn't)

must say that looks pretty legit and straight from HK except the multipane window designs are bugging me because the dividers are darned thick
It's either these or no dividers at all

also its pretty clean for a HK building, if you know what i mean. maybe dirt and stuff? I can't recall the last time i've seen a factory facing a road like that, since most face out into concrete yards or stuff that lead to the road.
I'm not exactly sure how to go about making respectable-looking dirt ;~;

I have seen them face the street, in fact look at the link I have up on the OP, it takes you to a place in Kwun Tong

nice job on the interior, though throwing random boxes and stands together would give a better feel of how people use buildings in HK (a complete disregard of what the building was mainly designed for and cobbling a below-average interior together while trying to cram as much stuff into it at one time). like, stack pallets and stuff randomly with some organization but no future planning so stuff gets stuck behind other stuff and yeah. if you live(d) in hk or went to chinatown in SF you know what i mean.
I thought I did that, in fact the first driveway thingy is completely unused (shelves are up against it on the inside and a few pallettes are stacked up outside)

oh well I've only done the first floor garage anyway

oh yeah forgot to mention those fluorescent lights are damn pro
<3

Working on the 3rd floor front now, 2nd floor is done

I'm thinking of using that big blank space as a billboard or sign

Woo progress. Looking great, don't go too killer on the AC units though, unless it's a meat storage :)

Added more stuff in the garage

Worked on second floor front as well, and extended the sidewalk as part of TAG's suggestion

Hi, it's been a while since I've played Blockland or even came to this part of the forum for that matter, so I decided to start building a warehouse. It's meant to be based off of industrial buildings in Hong Kong.

It's a WIP (what a surprise from me). The random staircase is for planning and convenience purposes.

Exterior. Couldn't really think of a way to portray corrugated steel garage doors other than spamming 16x1f.

Interior of the garage, still quite empty. Will add lights.

The bit of the garage that's mostly done. I don't exactly know why anyone would need that many 55 gallon drums.

Any feedback would be welcome.

The Defense of Marriage Act has been ruled unconstitutional, so now marriage rights (like being able to apply for housing assistance for low-income families or family visiting rights for relatives in hospital or prison) are now available to homoloveual couples as well. There's a whole load of rights and benefits with marriage, search it up for the complete list if you want.

There's still a way to go since gay couples still can't actually get married in many states, but now at least they'll be recognized as couples.

Oh yeah, and gay marriage in California should be back in the next 4 weeks or so.

it's gross
So you're willing to take away rights of other good, hard-working human beings in a country that boasts about its rights and equality

because YOU find it "gross"

Id like to point out the straight couples who 1.) may be sterile or 2.) dont want children.

Which there are a lot of.
Don't forget women who are simply infertile
