We seek to create a virtual space where people of all communities can integrate to discuss their own individual cultural outlooks, integrate them, and debate; in essence, a community between communities.

The term riot in the context of Tactical Nuke's post has a connotation that the resulting actions are not called for and are overreactions/unjustified on the behalf of those affected.

you seem to be under the assumption that the mexican government would care or consider changing anything if these people peacefully protested in front of some politician's mansion with picket signs
like it or not the government will ignore you unless you force them to pay attention
