Like have the shell from the round, and when you reload, the mag falls on the ground like a shell would.
But it would be very annoying because you would have to have an extra shell for every gun. But it would be cool.

If you want I can remove the silos from the barn, otherwise I'm not really willing to make a big farmhouse like that. :(That's okay.
It's just a big aluminium silo would be impossible in that time period. Maybe some much smaller wood ones though...
