"People, we are living in a time of devastation. Much of our capital is a large crater, all the water is polluted too much for life, and even our aqueduct is radiated. I have sent a treaty to other countries stating that we will give them an amount of our gold in turn for their help in not blowing us up and helping us fix our city. Let us just hope that they agree."
