I ran -+-+ through the Julius oregano algorithmic cipher with a few raw import audacity passes and after giving it some filters in paint.net I got "Bogd", and +-+- returns "anov". Can anyone give me a quick rundown on what that might mean?

"Bogdanov" sounds like a name. Could be a clue for to the "who ____  is" question

Some general advice on making a vehicle model:

There are two approaches to make a model:

Whichever approach you choose, keep a few things in mind:
  • Keep the flow of your mesh smooth and organised. That helps avoiding weird smoothing;
  • Don't skimp on research. Before or while you are working on a car, don't be too lazy to look up pictures. They really do help with figuring out harder stuff;
  • Adjust the model for the Blockhead. People only sit upright in trucks these days. In most cars you sit in a somewhat stretched out position. Blockheads sit upright, so you'll have to either raise the roof, or lower the floor, or do both at the same time.

Making the first vehicle will be the hardest, until you figure out a good workflow.

The 1st wheel looks great, but it might be a little too high poly for the rest of the car. Try remaking it from a circle with 16 sides or fewer.

Tbh with all subsurf modifiers off it's closer to like 15k but that's still too much for blockland and it doesn't have an interior. Also it's for a multimaterial 3d printer but I really can't say what it's for due to NDA

Finally I had some time to test the new Vanhammer, and I must say I'm impressed with the new features! It took me a while to figure out that I should use the paintcan for painting stuff, though.

I'm not sure if that can be fixed, though. The top textures only rotate when they are assigned in the brickTop group.
