It's true, people uncertain about their loveual orientation are more likely to bash homoloveuals, because that is the most convenient way of reassuring themselves. The idea is simple: "if I bash them, I can't be like them!"

You should probably do something that makes your server unique, a theme could perhaps help. You should also probably create a central area, to give them a feel of your server and it can be used for promoting your servers.
