First of all I'd like to welcome you :D

Secondly, you should listen to Spartan. Don't join any server for a few weeks, instead try building something in single player mode. Practice makes perfect, I hope that you can make it into a jolly good builder.

I'm afraid that this build is not very good compared to TheGeek's build. At least you should have put in some more effort to make a more pleasant layout and perhaps a good roof could have improved your build overall. It looks like a very cheap copy of something far more superior right now.

Déjà vu, reminds me of how China makes crappy imitations of popular products.

This newspaper needs "newspaper looks" I hope you get what I mean. Also, the Room that says "Staff" at TheGeek's mansion is not the admin room, it's for the noobs that are used as slaves. Each admin has it's own full sized room, please refer to the following thread:
