Off Topic / WMP54G Driver Help

So I need help with my wireless card.  Today, I upgraded to Windows 7 x64, I am now stuck because my wireless card (Linksys WMP54G) has no x64 drivers.  I can't just go out and buy a new wireless card right now (and I can't connect through ethernet), so I would like to see if you guys can help me.  I tried following a guide to install some other drivers for a card mine is based on, but that did not seem to work.  So can any of you guys find a guide on how to use this adaptor with Windows 7 x64?

The family lap top is having a few issues, to say the least.  Today it just turns on, goes into windows and that's just about it.  When it goes into windows, it just gives a few artifacts, then the screen just goes blank.  Would I be correct in saying that the GPU is dying/dead?

Games / Trouble in Terrorist Town: is the Knife Cheap?

The knife has bugged me for a while now.  It's the cheapest weapon in the game.  You stab someone and then they're dead, no scream, 100 health every time.  In my opinion, that's crazy cheap.  I think it should be something like 80 health or the person does scream.  The only balancing factors in right now is that you can DNA scan it, but no one ever does, and that it sticks in the body.  Anyone else think it's extremely cheap?

Portal 2 is a sequel to the orange box hit Portal, and is set to be released in early 2011.  The game is supposed to be released on PC and Mac via Steam, Xbox 360, and PS3.  PC, Mac, and PS3 will include Steam Cloud, which allows players to save a game on one platform and continue from that same save from another.  

Story: (Warning, possible spoilers ahead)
The game is set 100 years after the original game, in a partly destroyed Aperture Science.  There Chell meets Wheatley.  Wheatley is a personality core, much like the ones from the end of the first game, that helps guide Chell through the facility in an attempt to escape.  During that attempted escape, Wheatley accidentally wakes GLaDOS in her chamber.  GLaDOS returns to herself and tries to resumes testing (after replacing a lot of the old concrete tiles with new plastic(?) ones.), although bitter about Chell "murdering" her.

Confirmed Features:
- Steam Cloud support across 3 platforms (PS3, PC, and Mac)
- Updated branch of Source Engine (Updated Alien Swarm engine, it looks)
- Larger focus on "Dynamic" lighting.  (Really just projected textures.)
- More animation in maps than Portal 1.
- Different Gels based upon TAG: The Power of Paint
- Many new test chamber elements such as lasers (Thermal discouragement beam).

Holy loving stuff, Valve just announced a new (free) game coming out monday!  It looks great,  it's a top down co-op shooter (4 players) based upon the Unreal mod of the same name.

Off Topic / VLC Out of Tune?

I'm listening to my music through VLC so I can use fewer resources while I'm playing games and stuff. (1 gb ram ftl.)  But I noticed something, some of my music sounds out of tune.  While I listen, some of the pitches sound different than they were on iTunes.  Is there some sort of fix for this?

Are you bored?  Do you have nothing to do? Well I have good news for you: I'm going to start up another Morrowind Pass the save game!  It works like this: one person gets the save, plays for a while, doing side quests and improving the character, then uploads it here for the next person to download and play on and the cycle repeats.  You will need a copy of Morrowind GOTY edition, and you may or may not need a few plugins based upon what people vote.
