Or your apps?
Because the notification center is available no matter where you are on your iPhone.

I would consider "being on the home screen" as being on the home screen once you have unlocked your phone, not dragging the info bar.

The new lockscreen is going to have a notification center that you can open extremely easily, letting you access stocks, emails, texts, and stuff like that.
Even the weather and news.

Yeah, I was going to say something like that originally, but that's not really the home screen.  I want some more info on the home screen.

On the other hand I think the default home screen on the iphone looks like utter stuff and so do many of the home screens I've seen on jailbroken ones. I also think that Apple puts a lot of totally stupid restrictions on their phone. So I guess androids got that going for it.

Yeah, I wish the iPhone had the widgets or whatever like Android does.  Also, I wish there was a way to get the more windows style of non-square icons. 

With the different phone company warranties like you just posted about, aren't restrictions about the same?  Or are you talking about with the app store?  You have to appreciate the "no more fart apps" rule with that though.  Speaking of fart apps, Android has no "Bacon Farts" app, thus iPhones are much superior.

you can do SOOO much with android.

Fun things like installing different android ROMs just to get updates!  I'd prefer Apple's official support for everything for a phone.  You can't simply change your phone's hardware like a computer, I don't like the whole multiple device idea.

There has been a pretty big push recently for mac games.  Deus Ex HR is getting a mac version, and the number of mac titles on steam is growing quite a bit.  Which version of the 15" did you get?  I'm kind of looking at macbook pros now.
