Blue Portals sucks.  It ran out of things to do so it just left you to launch yourself through the rest of the maps in an increasingly challenging way.  I ended up just noclipping through one puzzle because I figured it wasn't worth it to perfectly time launching myself because it would time the orange portal and then move it around while I tried to launch up to a small hole in the ceiling.  It also attempted to add a story, but it falls flat on its face.  Download the Portal Flash pack and the RenTest map pack.  They're both fun and challenging but still very possible to complete.
