Help / People have blank shirts

OK, lets say my friend has B1AK3's Decals. And i don't. He would be wearing one and it would appear blank to me. It happens with other people too. Can someone tell me how to fix or something?

When i save my character in the avatar settings, choose another one and come back to it, I have some weird face like Iban's Zombie faces or a shirt decal. How does this happen?

Help / RTB Joining

Every time I try to join someone through RTB, it wont work. IT only works with some people.
Know any causes?
