eh not everyone of a certain age are equally smart with things like gunsu know all those safety tips with guns instructors teach u? maybe it could be she's never tried to handle one before and didn't think twice and realize the serious danger it can have, and she certainly didn't think it would just go off like that
again tho, not saying that this is definitely the case
