Summary:
Dragon Ball Xenoverse is different from most DBZ games. this time, you get to make your own Saiyan(or Frieza, Earthling, Majin Buu, or Namekian.) and kick some serious ass with him/her. The game revolves around "Time Patrols" in which you fix up distortions in history by beating up the character that caused it. The distortions happen when someone messes up with time, and can change history for the worse. It's your job to fix these.
Skills:
Skills are learned from completing quests/being a character's apprentice.
Quests are different from Time Patrols, BTW.

Hammerburst:
Retro Lancer(AKA Lancer Mk.1)
Gnasher Shotgun:
Sawed-Off Shotgun:
Snub, Boltok, and Gorgon pistols:
Markza:
Longshot:
Boomshot/Booshka:
Lancer:
- 60 round magazine
- Chainsaw bayonet to cut your way out of a sticky situation
- Balanced Damage, Accuracy, and Range
Hammerburst:
- Semi-Auto, Accurate, and Painful
- 20 round magazine
Retro Lancer(AKA Lancer Mk.1)
- 30 round magazine
- Wide spread, angry recoil, and high damage makes it suited for CQB
- Bayonet charge that instakills when it's used for about 4 seconds(8 second charge)
Gnasher Shotgun:
- 8 rounds of 12 guage pain
- Best friend in CQC
Sawed-Off Shotgun:
- 2 rounds of instant death at point blank
- useless at anywhere beyond point blank
Snub, Boltok, and Gorgon pistols:
- More weapons to keep in your holster
- Snub pistol is balanced semi-auto(12 round mag), Gorgon is a spray'n'pray(can't count the bullets), Boltok is a revolver longshot(six rounds)
Markza:
- DMR
- 10 rounds of pain
Longshot:
- 1 shot of absolute devastation
- One shot kills anything with a headshot
Boomshot/Booshka:
- *thump,* *BOOM!*
- Boomshot is powerful(One grenade per mag) Booshka Rapid-fires(3 grenades per mag)
