There is a bug with the firerates
all of the assault rifles and machine pistols seem to fire slower than the stats say they should.
Example: Durasteel assault rifle.
Stat-based ROF: 9.1 rounds per second
What it feels like: 6.4 rounds per second (That's being generous, by the way.)
Also, if this helps, I play on singleplayer religiously.

apparantly, even on a fresh glass reinstall, the bind was ctrl-space, locking due to fixed issue.

or check options, iirc toggle keybind is there as well

I was playing Fallout New Vegas, and when i was doing Still in the Dark, i asked the NCR ranger to leave, cause I didn't want to forget my NCR reputation by killing him. he instead decided to remove the explosive collar, which caused the brotherhood to storm in, I managed to kill them, but I failed the quest. I lost the autosave i had when i entered the bunker, and the only way to re-enter is to lockpick a 100 lockpick skill requirement, but I only have 75.

(I've heard people say the Uzi is 2fast, but i haven't tested these yet, so yeah, not sure if the Akimbo Uzi's are a good idea, but just throwing it out there.
