You allow Ephialtes to pull such bullstuff like Fail-binning (When user created content doesn't pass inspection it will go into the "Fail bin", usually for ridiculous reasons like "nobody has commented".) addons for being "Gimmicky", "Low quality" (There's a Bargain bin dipstuff, there's a reason it's there), and even because nobody has commented on the addon, such bullstuff.
