people expecting simcity 4 with better graphics should gtfo

maxis (or whoever is developing) would be dumb if they tried to recreate the feel of the old games. simcity 4 is still great. the new simcity should be different.

defragging just re-organizes your files and puts them in more efficient places, basically...
