I was hoping I could find a hard copy of the game :C. Looks like I will have to order the UK version if I want both the base game and add-on in hard copy format.

I have a question about Anno 1404. From what I have found, Dawn of Discovery is the US version of Anno 1404. Did they ever release the Venice expansion for the US version? I'm looking to buy Anno 1404 and want to make sure I get all the expansions.

The shift ability would have fit the other Driver games perfectly. I always thought it was strange that a cop would steal a car to catch the bad guys. Being able to get out of cars would still be nice though. The player could hunt for clues, chase a criminal down, sit in a chair, buy coffee and many other things.

I tried that, but it ends up being an extremely flat oval. :P

General Discussion / Is it possible to make a perfect vertical circle?
« on: August 16, 2011, 01:11:20 AM »
I have been trying to create a perfect vertical circle. I plan the circle out by creating a circle in a paint program and then I count the pixels on the edges so I can translate that into bricks later. I build the circle by overlapping bricks, so if I need a brick that is 2 stubs long I use a 3 long brick. My flat circle came out fine but my vertical circle comes out egg shaped. Am I missing something here or is it impossible.

The circle in this case is 128x128px, but the problem happens with other sizes.

Gallery / Art Deco Building
« on: August 13, 2011, 12:27:29 AM »
Here is some information of the progress of my current project. My goal is to make an art deco style building (Hopefully it comes across as such). This building has a total of 16 floors. The view deck can be accessed from floor twelve. I still have to furnish the floors, paint and add more outside detail be the structure itself is pretty much done. Each floor contains an elevator shaft which will be evented later for transportation.

Brick Count: 23,348
