Donro when I was a kid, and my parents grounded me, every time I would reply with a simple, "okay". I don't know why, but it pisses parents off bad when you act like you don't give a stuff that you are grounded. Eventually they will unground you due to what seems like an ineffective grounding. :)

I don't do that dumb admin application stuff on my server. All of my admins have earned it by building, and enforcing rules for me. I would never give someone I barely know admin because they fill out a nice application.
