Pretty much, you can't just endanger a stuff ton of people and then just be like 'oh, but I don't work there anymore so you can't do stuff' and be off the hook.
Then go with air cooling.
The key word is recirculated. It gets pumped through your system to sink heat, then through a radiator to cool it down, then it goes back into the tank to repeat the process. You never need to change the water, but if you're OCD you could do it as often as you like to satisfy your need for newness.

It has a tank of recirculated distilled water. Other water causes corrosion and isn't safe to run through your electronics.

hello forums i have a small little issue with my computer that i was wondering if any of yall could help with
so on my case there are these two big fans on a front door for cooling. however the top one is unbalanced i think so it'll randomly start rattling when the computer is on
