Bioshock is a nice story to layer on top of My Little Pony's storyline.

What if there was a divide between the Believers in the Gods of Equestria and the Scientifics who believed science was the answer to lifes great mysteries?

actually, I don't think that'd be able to happen because Earth Ponies seem to be dead scared of water. And assuming Andrew Ryan of Equestria is an Earth Pony, Rapture wouldn't exist...

But, if Rapture did exist; I'm already scared...

If Andrew Ryan was an Earth pony it would be built, I mean what better place to make a utopia that rejects gods and kings and accepts art and science than underwater? It might actually fit in if someone hated Celestia ruling or something.

They could also make Columbia as well, but I guess Cloudsdale would be that, unless it's Earth ponies proving they can fly or something.

Im guessing Plasmids is magic extracted from young filly unicorns?
