Help / my server crashes

when somebody joins by server and after awhile which is about 20 minutes or less it will crash my sever can somebody please help me with this problem

I made a logo for my clan but how do i put it in my post because if i drag it in there it looks like this please help me o by the way if it maters i am yousing a mac

Suggestions & Requests / knights Of the Nine sword, shield and armor

I am requesting the Knights of the Nine sword that you can see his hand on the hilt and with it the shield because i need one for my Knights of the Nine hideout all i want is a the sword but if any one could please make the shield with it it would be great. And instead of a up and down attack could anyone make it a slash like side to side and if possible make a bloko version of the (Kon) armor
