Off Topic / Minecraft wont delete?

So anyway, I found out i downloaded a mod that gives me a black screen. so i delete everything in my .minecraft folder.
Bad choice.
I found out that I can't put in and mods OR and skins. so i try and delete minecraft itself.
But it wouldn't delete.
So I tried deleting .minecraft
it didn't delete.

So this all leads to now.

Help would be appreciated.
