tried restarting steam
did jack stuff

i think steam limits the number of people who get the update at once, to reduce server load by having 2 million people download the game at the exact same time. we just got unlucky :(

I bought Europa Universalis IV for the Steam Summer Sale and I went through the tutorial. I sorta get the basics but I still get kinda confused when playing. Would anyone mind helping me out?

russia and china haven't been buddy-buddy since 1960

china is more aligned to the united states than russia now due to our intertwined economic endeavors

as much as china and russia enjoy keeping the west in their place, china would rather side with the world's largest economy than russia's piddly pinrichard

this may be true, but in most UN votes or vetoes, China and Russia vote the same and usually against the 3 Western powers

in any case, while a proper WW3 would be obviously bad, a second Cold War would actually be a great boost to scientific advancement
