What if Ravio (Zelda series) was in SSB4?
Neutral B: Hammer: Smack the foe in front of you with a large hammer, stunning them for a bit.
Side B: Hookshot: Launch the hook to the side, usable as a recovery or to snag opponents toward you.
Up B: Tornado Rod: Ravio whips up in the air, blowing away people around him.
Down B: Sand Rod: Fires a column of sand upwards, goes through platforms but freezes Ravio.

Demian's Brick Packs (1-3) have useful generic bricks so you don't need 10 different ones. SuperWalls are nice for lazy people but not essential.

Right here, there isn't too much of a bottom.
Here, it looks like it's just a smaller, circular area with lights that ramps inward, so you don't really have to put a bottom.
