In elementary the burgers in the cafeteria were either still frozen or spoiled. I wish I had a cafeteria like yours, it sounds great.

High school. I've heard that HS cafeterias are good, but I wouldn't know because, again, they're always out of the daily food and I'm forced to eat the same thing every day.

My school's lunches are ok-ish. The Mexican area is good and when they have specials they're usually good too, but almost everyday I'm forced to eat loving chicken sandwiches because our lunch is between the 2 other lunches at this school (I'm part of an accelerated program) and they're almost always out of the daily special, so the only stuff they have left are their repulsive "burgers," ham sandwiches, and chicken sandwiches. I might start bringing my lunch just because of how sick I am of chicken (you try eating it almost every day.)

Over in the Milky Way, those crazy people were fighting each other and now they're rebuilding. Meanwhile, here in Andromeda, we've been chillin' peacefully, building up our civilations all fine and dandy without stupid human wars.

 - Contains basic info about Meta Matter and other help based on this nation RP. I haven't asked Crispy (op of RtMW) if we can use the wiki for this too, but it's in the same universe so I suppose so.

Rules:
It's important that you follow the rules, before and after you make a country.

You can:
1. Start a war with anyone, within reason.
2. Form alliances. Contact the person you'd like to form an alliance with before you do so.
3. Establish trade routes. See above.
4. Attempt terrorist attacks, covert operations. You don't need permission for these, although i would recommend that you speak to me about it first.
5. Post your national news to inform the community.
6. Form colonies to access new materials.
7. Gradually increase your technological abilities.
8. Whatever you can think of that's not below. If you're questionable about it, ask me.

You cannot:
1. Use real world leaders to represent your country IE: Riddler, Stalin, Bush, Obama, etc. Humans don't exist in Andromeda.
2. Have really stupid and handicapped names like "SUPERGUNNATION" or "MINECRAFTLAND". Be creative.
3. End a full-out war within the same page you started it, and don't start wars unless you have a reason.
4. Powergame. Be reasonable, announce research before doing it.
5. Destroy celestial bodies with the mass of Ceres and up.
6. Be an starfish.
7. Interacting with other timelines, universes, or galaxies (yet!)
8. Use a nation from RtMW.

If your nation does not follow the rules, it will be wiped from existence.

Use the Scout's voice or something instead. Sure, doesn't fit with pan and death sounds, but neither does the current one. I can even provide the clips.
EDIT: Speeding the Scout's lines up by 50% seems to work really well, but would sound out of place in a more serious DM.

Actually, you're right for the most part.  Gravitanium, Invincium and Belsnium do not like Muons.

If I remember from Humanity's Future, they do react ok-ish with muons but the effect was pretty much like amplified electricity and wasn't really that remarkable.

Also, 13000 years have passed, so have any technomological advancements happened in that span?

To be honest, the question is probably "Is electricity still a thing?"

Considering MM is still around, I would assume that electricity exists, although mutricity would have replaced it by now if it was still cannon.
