However, I think that you should put the menu on the main page above the logo instead of below it.

I did that and it looked weird.

If the page is too narrow, which is what you were saying, then you can make it wider by inserting an image that is wider than the page.  Most people don't like page stretch, because it can make things weird to read, but having a set page width can help for consistency throughout the OP.

thanks I fully understand that now, the computer cant tell the page to go to another line like it can with text, so it makes the page wider for it. Awesome.

Ok, but i think you should include the end pieces too.  I'll work on a neater looking menu to add.

ok make sure it is smaller then ill add it
include the end peices, they looked cool but didnt fit

Anyway away form the sarcasm, LOOK AT OTHER CLAN LAYOUTS, GET A LAYOUT, AND DO NOT MAKE A CLAN FOR FUN, HAVE A PURPOSE FOR IT!
Now back to the sarcasim,
I probably spelled alot of things wrong, when you write your clan topic again make sure you don't have to may grammer errors,

I just edited that last post to show you what I mean
Also, i would put it above logo.

And don't have the lightning if there isnt an end piece before/after it.

I tryed putting it abouve logo and it looks weird. Also you want them to see logo first.
also I'm probably gonna change the logo a bit, add some purple
