Sorry, I completely glanced over your post.

My only source was a wiki page. After looking back at it, I noticed that it doesn't have any sources listed.

However, wouldn't it make more sense (horror game sense, not real sense) for the mascots to be controlled by the bodies shoved inside them?
Other than that, there isn't any reason for the mascots to attempt to kill people.

That only proves that the animatronics have already gone through what they are trying to do to you.

No, the killer was actually an employee at Freddy's. He killed the kids and stuffed the remains into the animatronic mascots. That's why the faces had blood and mucus in the third article. The reanimated carcasses of the children who were killed try to stuff you into other exoskeletons because that's what happened to them.

They were allowed to walk around until the "bite of '87" where Foxy actually took a bite out of some kid's head and took the entire frontal lobe. That's why the pirate cove is out of order.

Holy stuff, this has been happening to multiple people.

Sounds like some guys thought it was really funny when it happened the first time to that one guy who actually had drugs, and as a result, they have been giving false alerts to the police about other streamers.
