I have an idea for the lots. How about the FIRST lot is free, but in order to have a separate lot you would need to pay a certain amount of currency to make sure you're not just spamming all the lots.

City RPGs tend to be a grindfest. While I think that lots should be free, I also think there should be a currency earned from playing minigames in the main building. And then there should be rewards you can buy with said currency. I also think there should be a sort of "like" system where if people "like" your build then you get some of that currency. Hats may be one of the things that are buyable with the currency. Or maybe you have to unlock access to certain minigames with the currency.

If he was kill stealing on purpose to make people angry then that's one thing. But if the guy was just trying to play the game and not paying attention to if he was stealing kills, then it's not his fault.

•Answer the following question. A Blocklander is chat spamming. What do you do to get him/her to stop?:
I would warn him/her to stop. If the spammer does not comply with my warning, then I will ban them. If the rules don't specify the ban time, then I will ban them for a day and see if they can play without being a nuisance to the server tomorrow.

•Why do you want to be admin?:
Because I see this project as having a lot of potential to become a very fun server. I don't usually apply for admin in servers, but this server seems different. It's not just another DM or RP, it's a new idea.

•Finally, to make sure you have read thoroughly, what is the goal of this server?:
The goal of this server is to create a server where people can socialize and hang out and do things like play mini games and build.

I also have some other suggestions to make this server more of its own thing from BL tower. There could be one central building where all the server things are, but there should be an exit to the outside where players could build whatever they want. Building is the central theme of Blockland after all. Or if you don't just want it to be an all out freebuild, you could assign lots for people to build on. That way people are not limited to a small room. There could also be a room on the inside of the main building that displays dupes of some of the better builds on the server.

I will be keeping my eye on this project because it seems like it could be something with a lot of potential.

I think it's a good idea to be worried about age, but most users here are not 18+. You should lower the requirement to like 14 or something. Plus you should have some sort of test of maturity because a lot of users on here are just complete idiots regardless of their age.

You should call it "Blockland Hub" or "BlockHub" or "BL Hangout" or some stuff.

EDIT: Or maybe "Blockland Resort!"(with the exclamation point)

I actually have four computers in my house.
1 - Dad's Laptop (main gaming computer): Windows 7
2 - Mom's Laptop (no one uses except her): Ubuntu 12.10
3 - My Desktop (SUPER loving old): Ubuntu 12.10
4 - My Sister's Laptop (I have to do a virus scan on it every month): Windows 7
