Two of those things apply to ingame encounters. You're saying that I should not have posted this thread because people can do what they want but the rules themselves suggest otherwise.

A public server would be a server where you go around inviting anyone you meet, telling people "hey come to our quality" servers, adverts, whatever.

I thought every server was private?

Also those big online games where they have a ton of servers hosted by the creators of the game's servers, and not individual players.

What does that have to do with any of this?
