Lolis are literally the only reason to watch Black Bullet, pacing in that show is pretty terrible.I would definitely have Isshuukan Friends in the top five, along with Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?. Beyond that there's not much going on; I'll get some enjoyment out of Akuma no Riddle and Black Bullet but they're not really very good. Captain Earth hasn't really shown itself yet.
Brynhildr probably is the worst this season. Mahouka is pretty loving bad but not as bad. NGNL isn't offensively bad but the two main characters are trash and they're holding the show back the most.
And Chaika is probably one of the best shows this season, that's the only one they got right.
