The black guy giving you orders says you did a good job and it ends.
If you complete all the missions for the rebels (not counting what if), Natcheyev escapes, and hopes to find the outside world.
A plane flies off into the distance for 3 seconds while some columbian starfish is going "YEAH BRUDDAS, WE DID IT!" then it ends.
If you complete the What if mission for the rebels, they blow up the reactor, causing a fallout.
Yeah that one was stupid as hell.

Find a group of Puerto Ricans and ask to join their gang. All Puerto Rican gangsters do is sing, dance, and never cuss. Don't worry if another gang tries to fight with yours, all you'll end up doing is having an interpretative dance fight and maybe act like you're cutting each other with big knives. It's really 100% safe, I have good sources on that.
