"forget you!" is subjunctive as "Damn you!" is understood as "(May god) damn you!" and this is a subjunctive statement expression a wish. So the speaker is literally saying "(May somebody/god/etc.) forget you!", as it can be assumed that the expression is following the same 'template' as the previously mentioned.
"Go forget yourself!" is imperative.

"You" is being used as the object of the sentence, the thing recieving the action, but if it is not being used reflexively (yourself), then it is similar to what you are saying, like (may someone) forget you.

You can't really say the forget is an imperative verb because if it were imperative, it would have to be followed by yourself, not you.
